In cooperation with renowned German investor, who successfully realized more than 50 MWp of photovoltaic performance, we are looking besides plots for prepared or unfinished projects (plots fro rent or sale+committal of distribution company, including planning permission) for photovoltaic power plants. We are also looking for plots that are under land plan designed for industrial commercial use. Minimum plot size is 1,5 ha, maximum 100 ha. Permanent purchase, purchase with guaranteed reverse repurchase after 20 years for symbolic price 1CZK/m² or renting for 20 years in form of easement are possible.

Minimal approved capacity is 1 MWp. We offer interesting provisions for purchase or renting mediating!

 If you have already decided for realization of PV power plant, it is best  to start resolving the grid connection with local distribution company immediately. There are two distribution companies in the Czech Republic, in south Moravia it is E.ON, in the most part of the republic ČEZ.
